For your convenience, you can pay your bill online, quickly and securely, 24 hours a day.
Before you begin, it will be helpful to have your billing statement in front of you.

- patient's name
- account number
- phone number
- payment information
You can now pay multiple accounts with one credit card transaction. Once you submit the completed online form, you will be asked to confirm the information, upon confirmation, you'll receive a receipt. You may click on the image at the right to view the payment, confirmation and receipt screens.

If you have made a credit/debt card payment via the Exempla Healthcare online portal and it has been found that you are due a refund, Exempla Healthcare will issue a refund to the original credit/debt card that was used to make the initial payment.
All credit/debt card refund requests must be made by contacting the Exempla Healthcare Business Customer Service department at 303-813-5300.
Refunds may result from the following:
- Duplicate payment received
- Additional payment made by insurance
Please allow 10-14 days for all credit/debit card refunds to appear on the cardholder's statement.
